Meet Lisa Cocco Pollastrini, the brains and beauty behind this establishment. She, from humble beginnings in Pescara, a city nestled on the shores of the Adriatic; together with her late husband Giuseppe Pollastrini, hailing from Tuscany, had their dreams realized by melding the flavours of their homeland and creating a labour of love which continues to thrive to this day.
With Lisa at the helm, overseeing everything to perfection, one would expect nothing less than exceptional Italian cuisine.
