The Inn
By the Sea Guests has it all for everyone. Located in Dennis Port, MA on Cape Cod, the inn is beachfront with the largest white-sanded beach on the strip. The inn consists of three assets: a bed and breakfast, suites, and vacation homes.

The bed and breakfast offers traditional guest rooms with one or two beds. All rooms have a mini fridge, private bathroom, TV, and more. Most rooms have an oceanfront or partial ocean view. All of the rooms in the bed and breakfast have a seasonal breakfast included, served May through October.

The suites are located two buildings away from the beach, all offering partial ocean views. They are apartment-styled one or two bedroom suites featuring one or two queen beds, queen sized sofa beds, living rooms, TV, gas fireplaces, kitchens, dining tables, and balconies/decks. One of the suites is ADA/Handicap Accessible.

There are two vacation homes. The Beach House is one building from the beach, offering beachy feels and partial ocean views. It sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. The Yellowtail House is a half a block away from the beach down the road. Very modern, spacious, and vibrant, this house has it all plus a private backyard and outdoor shower. It sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably. Both houses make for a chill hangout among friends, families, weddings, and special occasions.

Known for its four seasons and New England charm, Cape Cod is a popular tourist destination year-round. Escape the long lines and crowds and plan a quiet getaway by the sea in the off-season. A different experience than summer, many people prefer it as there are lot’s of activities, restaurants, and shopping available year-round, all within driving distance from the inn.

Cozy up in one of our suites with a warm blanket, glass of wine, and gas fireplace, while looking out at the waves on the beach through the windows. Our suites all have side partial views of the ocean with private decks or balconies for when the sun is shining.

We offer limited amenities during the off-season (10/31 – 5/1) so you can escape to complete serenity. There is no breakfast offered or front desk available. The enclosed veranda is closed to guests. Check-in is completely contactless. There are emergency phone numbers provided in the event of an urgent issue. The beach is open for walking at your own risk. Free WIFI is available year-round. All accommodations that are available to book this time of year have full kitchens with fridges, microwaves, coffee makers, stoves, ovens, and more. This allows guests to escape reality for a few days to unwind and recharge.
